Your role at GamingCenter
Partner & Talent Operations provides the structure behind responsive candidate and partner experiences. The work combines accurate records, timely communication, interview coordination, onboarding preparation and repeatable reporting with strict confidentiality and clear escalation paths.
This is a paid part-time position with defined responsibilities, written objectives and regular feedback. Before the start, we confirm enrolment, the physical work country, work eligibility, compensation and the responsible contracting party in a signed agreement. Recruitment tasks are time-boxed and non-production; no unpaid productive work is part of the selection process.
How you will contribute
- Coordinate candidate communication and interview scheduling
- Maintain accurate applicant statuses, owners and follow-up dates
- Prepare structured interview packs and onboarding checklists
- Support recruiting reports without exposing unnecessary personal data
- Document and improve repeatable people-operations workflows
What will help you succeed
- Current enrolment at a recognised university in Germany
- Interest in HR, recruiting, organisational development or people operations
- High discretion, accuracy and reliable follow-through
- Professional English; German is a strong advantage
- Respectful, inclusive and candidate-focused communication
Helpful experience
- Experience with coordination, administration, ATS/CRM tools or student organisations

Time commitment in the selection process
- Initial conversation: usually about 30 minutes

- Complete role-based access, privacy, candidate-care and escalation training
- Keep one assigned workflow accurate across status, ownership and follow-up fields
- Prepare a reusable interview or onboarding pack and test it against the handbook
- Meet the agreed first-month quality standard and document progress, risks and next steps
Employer and contract clarity
GamingCenter.gg is an early-stage project in formation. Before any activity begins, a written agreement identifies the legally responsible contracting party, compensation, hours, duration and physical work country. No activity begins without a fully signed agreement.
