Your role at GamingCenter
Partner & Talent Operations provides the structure behind consistent, respectful partner and candidate experiences. This remote-first internship is open to applicants worldwide and teaches how early-stage teams coordinate communication, interviews, follow-ups and onboarding preparation without compromising privacy or fairness.
You will begin with policy training, templates and simulated records. Any later access to real personal data is limited, role-approved and supervised. You may prepare communication drafts, coordinate calendars, maintain assigned statuses and improve checklists, but you will not make hiring decisions, export applicant databases, access CVs outside your assigned scope or send external messages without review.
By the end of the internship, you should be able to run a documented coordination workflow, recognise when an issue needs escalation, prepare clear candidate-facing information and explain how least-privilege access protects people. Your final learning review may include anonymised workflow improvements and template work approved for your portfolio.
You will receive a defined learning scope, an accountable supervisor and regular feedback. We will confirm the lawful internship route, duration, working country and compensation in writing before the placement begins.
How you will contribute
- Prepare candidate and partner communications from approved templates for supervisor review
- Support interview scheduling, action tracking and onboarding preparation within assigned records
- Maintain accurate statuses, owners and follow-up dates using least-privilege access
- Check documented workflows for missing information, unclear ownership or overdue actions
- Suggest privacy-aware improvements to templates, checklists and candidate-facing guidance
- Complete a final anonymised workflow review showing what was learned and improved

- For the 6-month route: written proof that the internship is mandatory under the applicable school or study rules

- Discretion, empathy, careful organisation and respect for confidential information
- Clear professional English and willingness to follow documented access and escalation rules
- Availability for 20 hours per week with agreed Berlin-time overlap
- Ability to lawfully participate in a remote internship from the country where the work will be performed
Helpful experience
- Coursework or student-project experience in HR, business, psychology, communications or operations

- Professional German or another European language
What you will learn and gain
