Your role at GamingCenter
This paid working-student role is designed for students who want to learn how a marketplace develops trusted commercial relationships. The work combines partner research, qualification, tailored value hypotheses, discovery preparation and disciplined CRM ownership.
This is a paid part-time position with defined responsibilities, written objectives and regular feedback. Before the start, we confirm enrolment, the physical work country, work eligibility, compensation and the responsible contracting party in a signed agreement. Recruitment tasks are time-boxed and non-production; no unpaid productive work is part of the selection process.
How you will contribute
- Research and qualify potential creator, talent, community and business partners
- Maintain accurate partner records, context and next steps in the CRM
- Prepare partnership briefs and tailored outreach recommendations
- Support discovery calls, follow-ups and partnership pipeline reporting
- Document learnings and improve repeatable partnership workflows
- Join up to two scheduled collaboration days per month at an agreed Berlin meeting or coworking location near Alexanderplatz
What will help you succeed
- Current enrolment at a recognised university in Germany and eligibility for working-student employment
- Completion of the role-specific recruitment task and the separately agreed one-month internship
- A final internship assessment score of at least 8/10 to be considered for an offer
- Availability for up to two scheduled collaboration days per month at an agreed Berlin location near Alexanderplatz
- Professional English; German or another European language is an advantage
- Careful research, clear writing, reliable follow-through and responsible handling of contact data

- Experience with CRM, partnerships, sales operations or student initiatives

Employer and contract clarity
GamingCenter.gg is an early-stage project in formation. Before any activity begins, a written agreement identifies the legally responsible contracting party, compensation, hours, duration and physical work country. No activity begins without a fully signed agreement.
