Portal and operator
GamingCenter Careers is the recruitment portal for the GamingCenter.gg startup project in formation. The portal is used only to publish opportunities and manage recruitment processes.

Acceptable use
Use the portal only for lawful applications and provide information that is complete and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not submit malware, automated bulk requests, another person’s credentials, or unlawful, misleading or discriminatory material.
We may block or remove a submission where reasonably necessary to protect the portal, other people or legal obligations.
Roles and applications
Role descriptions reflect current plans and may be changed, paused or closed. Applying does not create a right to an interview, assignment, offer, engagement, employment or payment.
An unpaid placement is considered only after the candidate’s physical work country, applicable mandatory law and formal school, university or public-authority documentation have been reviewed and approved. A candidate declaration or willingness to participate does not establish eligibility or waive statutory rights. Candidates without documented approval are not asked to perform unpaid work. Binding terms are agreed separately before any placement or employment starts.
Documents and security
You retain rights in your application materials and permit us to use them only as needed to review, communicate about and administer your application. Do not submit confidential information belonging to a former employer or material that infringes third-party rights.
Uploaded files are automatically malware-scanned. Suspicious or unsupported files may be rejected, isolated or deleted.
Status links and team access
Personal application-status and withdrawal links must not be shared. Administrator and recruiter accounts are individual; passwords and two-factor codes must be kept confidential.
Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Availability and liability
We take reasonable steps to operate the portal securely and reliably, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Maintenance, security controls or events outside our control may temporarily limit access.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health. External links are governed by their providers’ terms.
Privacy
General portal processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Applications are additionally covered by the Candidate Privacy Notice.
Withdrawing an application ends active consideration, but does not override retention required by law or reasonably needed for legal claims.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms for a valid reason, such as changes to the portal, security controls or applicable law. The current version is published with its effective date.
German law applies, without displacing mandatory protections that apply in your country of residence. Courts have jurisdiction only where the law permits that agreement.
