Your role at GamingCenter
GamingCenter is building a curated marketplace around trusted gaming talent and private experiences. Partnership & Growth identifies the creators, professionals, communities and organisations that could strengthen that marketplace, then develops a credible reason to work together.
In this internship, you will own clearly scoped research and qualification work, prepare tailored partnership hypotheses and keep decisions visible in the pipeline. The emphasis is on relevance and judgement: well-supported opportunities, useful discovery questions and dependable next steps, not high-volume prospecting.
You will receive a defined learning scope, an accountable supervisor and regular feedback. We will confirm the lawful internship route, duration, working country and compensation in writing before the placement begins.
How you will contribute
- Build focused market maps for approved creator, community, esports, talent or commercial segments
- Research prospective partners using reliable public sources and record evidence consistently
- Prepare concise partner briefs covering relevance, potential value, risks and recommended next steps
- Maintain accurate CRM context, ownership, status and follow-up dates under supervision
- Support reviewed discovery preparation, meeting notes and follow-up drafts without sending unapproved mass outreach
- Complete a final learning review and propose one evidence-based improvement to the partnership workflow
What will help you succeed
- Current school or university enrolment relevant to the selected internship route
- For the 6-month route: written proof that the internship is mandatory under the applicable school or study rules
- For an unpaid route: documented legal eligibility at the actual remote work location; otherwise applicable minimum compensation is paid
- Strong online research, source evaluation and concise written communication
- Reliable organisation and responsible handling of professional contact information
- Professional English and availability for 20 hours per week with agreed Berlin-time overlap
- Ability to lawfully participate in a remote internship from the country where the work will be performed
Helpful experience
- Evidence of a relevant university, volunteer or personal project
- Familiarity with the tools and workflows commonly used in this discipline
What you will learn and gain
- A role-specific learning plan covering research quality, qualification, CRM discipline and professional communication
- Weekly feedback on accuracy, judgement, clarity, reliability and learning progress
- Exposure to international partnership decisions without independent sales quotas
- Approved, anonymised portfolio artefacts where confidentiality permits
- A final written learning review and internship confirmation based on documented participation
What happens next

- Initial review
- Online interview
- Role-specific conversation, where applicable
- Final decision
Time commitment in the selection process
- Initial conversation: usually about 30 minutes
