Your role at GamingCenter
Partnership & Growth identifies relationships that can make GamingCenter more valuable for partners and customers. You would combine focused research, tailored value hypotheses and prepared discovery work instead of relying on generic high-volume outreach.
An unpaid one-month traineeship is considered only where a recognised educational institution or competent public authority formally arranges it and the Estonia work-country, enrolment and legal checks are documented and approved before the start. A declaration in the application is not approval. Otherwise the candidate performs no unpaid work and may remain in recruitment or, with consent, in the talent pool until a paid opening is available.
An approved placement has written learning objectives, mentorship, approximately 20 hours per week, weekly feedback and a transparent 10-point scorecard. A final score of at least 8/10 permits consideration for a separate paid working-student or legally appropriate contract. Progression is not automatic and depends on legal eligibility, continuing enrolment, payroll readiness, budget and available headcount.
This is a paid part-time position with defined responsibilities, written objectives and regular feedback. Before the start, we confirm enrolment, the physical work country, work eligibility, compensation and the responsible contracting party in a signed agreement. Recruitment tasks are time-boxed and non-production; no unpaid productive work is part of the selection process.

GamingCenter.gg is an early-stage project in formation. Before any activity begins, a written agreement identifies the legally responsible contracting party, compensation, hours, duration and physical work country. No activity begins without a fully signed agreement.
